ALL MACRAME shipments will require a signature for completion of delivery.
**CUSTOM WORK / COMMISSIONS TAPESTRIES**
If you are interested in creating a commissioned piece by J. Duran, please submit a Request here on Etsy and we will respond to your request within 2 business days. Lead times vary depending on size and difficulty of the art request. It will generally vary between 2-6 weeks (upon receipt of payment & confirmed details).
**ADDITIONAL COMMISSION DETAILS**
1. Pricing is based off of the number of colors selected & SF
2. If a price is agreed upon, a formal Proposal will be prepared for you with a sketch of the tapestry and all details needed in regards to the order.

She was very nice to work with, answering my messages quickly. The piece was done on time and was just as she had described it. When I realized there was a problem with the hanging instructions, I contacted her, and she immediately sent me a correction.
